Every employee at Zynga came into the office yesterday and found one of these on their desk. I think anyone who's worked in a thankless job can appreciate how awesome something like this is. (That and it's awesome not to be valentines-less on Valentine's Day)

Little surprises here and there all the time really make me feel happy and valued here. Whether it's a party/celebration, random "Hey here's food/wine/beer!", or sometimes even a trip when we kick butt over a quarter-year. Sure, they expect a lot from us, but they're genuinely appreciative of our hard work, and I always feel like I'm part of a team, rather than a nameless work-bot.
