A lot of the time when people draw Sonic characters they either mimic the original style too closely or they alter them to tailor to their style more closely.
You've met this right in the juicy center! The proportions and such cry Sonic to me, but the shading, coloring and other things show the Muhny touch.

Tikal is awesome! And so is the game she appeared in, mostly.
