First batch of these! Definitely let myself have a little fun, I can't decide which is my favorite out of the two on the left... D:
1- "Ablutophobia – fear of bathing, washing, or cleaning." This demon was designed with the markings and feel of a white lion fish and with the theme of "bubbles" in mind. She feeds off of the fear and souls of children who are afraid of bathing, if she catches you in a larger body of water in which she can be entirely submerged she is extremely fast and often plays with her prey before dealing the final blow. If for some odd reason she is at a disadvantage she can shoot bubbles from her hands, feet and mouth.

2- "Acrophobia – fear of heights." This predator prowls the skies, he is the cause of many plane crashes and other aerial failures. Beneath his skull like mask lies sharp crooked teeth and one wide, unblinking eye. The other was lost when he was much younger, when he himself was scared to fly. The pieces of bone protruding from his arms and the backs of his legs are from miss dressed wounds he suffered around the same time.

3- "Achluophobia – fear of darkness." A fairly typical demon looking guy, I wasn't too fond of this design, I may redesign it at a later time but for now this is Achluo. He prowls and feeds off of the fear of children across the world, he especially likes to haunt young campers and separate them from their group before leaving little evidence of the child behind...

I am too, although drawing spider inspired creatures has definitely helped me with that. I have a respect for them now too, they have an interesting design as far as body shape. And I'm intrigued by the different varieties in color, defense mechanisms and other things. Some of the ones I've stumbled across while trying to work on adoptables are actually... Pretty. .___.;
Heh, I can barely look at pics of them without getting freaked out. It's probably because I am highly allergic to spider venom, so my natural instinct is to run and get help/bugspray/a big shoe. The first time I saw a Frostbite Spider in Skyrim I was so spooked I literally jumped.
Oh, I don't take the pictures... xD I still freak out when I see them in person, specifically larger ones or jumping spiders. I find the jumping spiders cute unless they're next to me... Then I scream like a little girl, there was once one on the top of my toilet. I ran around in circles for a second before finally snatching up something to smash it. And when I couldn't do that... I just went to use the toilet downstairs. x'DD
Hehe- I once went all the way to Wal-Mart to find my family after a big hairy spider and about a thousand of her babies came out from the space between the computer desk and bookshelf while I was at the PC doing homework, (this was about 11 years ago, but it still gets brought up frequently) so I know the feeling. Seeing a spider on the toilet would be too scary- I'd constantly worry that one would be hiding there while I was, you know, in a vulnerable position.
I LOATHE jumping spiders- they make me cry like a little girl- in terror. For some reason, spiders love me and enjoy coming down on my head from the ceiling as well. THAT is scary.
