Well, these are the references (in outline) for the taur form of Kima and Mark.
They are not really shape shifters, they can only change from taur in anthro and vice versa.

They do not have tails but abdomens. A reserve of fat / energy in a very soft bottom and hard, at the top, to make a solid support to the spine.
