Noah: Another set on Howling Mane's outfits; it seems that he has some new things on him. The rope and medallion necklace is well fit, and the the gem on the medallion is called the Gem of Mana. It boots and gives the user 90% of mana energy. In short: it gives the user more magic mana and recharges his or her magic more faster. It even makes the user stornger. The gem is on both his necklace and both his booths. And his staff looks alot diffrent than the other staffs. And the Phoenix Medallion makes a good match for the outfit.
