Gurney is a former Reptilian soldier. He used to work aboard a ship commanded by Agrava, and had a surprisingly close mentor-mentored relationship with her. He ends up on Nymph's ship because of shenanigans and befriends them. I think he's a fun character to play around with because he's got a lot to deal with. He feels torn between his alliance to his friends and his alliance to Agrava and his homeland, and that's just compounded by the fact that he's AWKWARD AS HELL. He's a sweet guy though, and sees the good in everyone.
