I intend to get it done over my heart. The picture itself isn't finished; I still need to color the elements/symbol in accordingly lol

Depending on how large you do this, over the heart might not be such a great idea. You'll need to get it about the size of your open hand if you want it to hold up for more than a few years; remember that like coloring with soft markers the ink will bleed even up to an inch over from the original line. Might be five years, might be fifteen, but it'll happen, so make sure you get it big enough that the bleeding won't fuck up the delicate inner lines.
