An otter character I've been thinking about making for the past couple weeks. I've never drawn an otter before, so I'm still not sure if I got it all right. Considered adding tribal tatoos, but can't figure out how to do them right. Has no name, no story, nothing. But, he's the first original character I've come up with in a long while so I really want to do something with him
