Yeah, I know what you mean, haha. It'll be awhile before I finally get it open, but it'll be worth it.
And, my primary study is going to be Computer Hardware, since I've been doing that for far longer then Culinary Arts, but I'll probably take that either as a Dual Major, or go again for it.

Yeah, I don't doubt it. I'd imagine that true experience does just as much as learning, but I figure that it couldn't harm to do both.
I was for the longest time going to try to be a teacher at my school for Computer Science, but I decided I'm going to start up my own little business instead. A bit more money without having to deal with the kids, haha.
