I love the sense of adventure in this - where's Southwind gonna sail today? :)
The pink paper adds a nice touch, too. Those hills look lovely.

Thank you! I actually had a little trouble with the butt and hindlegs at first. Maybe he'll sail to the Patchwork Plane! With the pink paper I didn't have to color him too much. :3

Pink paper? It really works with the pastels.. especially with the sky; really creatures some fantastic effects. Also, pretty pony. :D

For as long as I can remember my grandmother always bought pink paper for kids to draw on. I have no idea why pink but like you said it makes some pretty nifty effects. :3 And thanks! I Hung this one up on the fridge.
