and you can keep your 'take your head and shove it up your ass' yoga poses...I'm not quite flexible enough to fit my head in MY ass, but more power to ya ;D

Hahaha it's gonna take a loong time to get that flexible but I feel good when I do yoga. makes me feel calm and less "kill everything in my way" x3

Hahaha I'm glad you didn't. Unless I get surgery/chiropractic care for my lower spine I'll never be able to do stuff like that. xD
My favorite is the triangle because it opens up my hips and stretches everything.
