I wold have had the chance to meet him yesterday, at least I think I did. There was a table for "The Art of Fred Perry" at Megacon and my friend Mitch was there. He told me he had just left, probably just ribbing me, I can't tell. But just in case I left Fred a note telling him I was a fan and that I loved his work. That's about as close to a handshake as I'm going to get with the man.
