Long story short: get a bunch of bio majors together listening to a lecture given by a non-biologist attempting to explain complex biological concepts and hilarity ensues.
Long story long: This probably falls under the category of "it was funnier if you were there," but during one of my classes we had a guest speaker. He was speaking on a topic he enjoys but does not actually specialize in, and while he was very knowledgeable about the topic in general he didn't really understand the science very well and had a hard time with some of the biological words.
There was a whole group of biologists (myself included) sitting in the back giggling about it and helping him pronounce the words correctly, but when he said "nucleotoad" instead of "nucleotide" I just couldn't help but sketch it out. Then I decided to throw some color on there in Photoshop and it ended up getting way out of hand. But it turned out pretty cute, so I'm happy!
I didn't spend a ton of time on it so there are plenty of mistakes that you don't particularly need to point out to me. I'm pretty new to digital and just starting to get the hang of it, so give me a break!

If you wanna get into digital work you can download sai for free, just look up on youtube "sai english free" and you will get a link, it smoothes lines automatically and everything(on lineart layers), it's awesome! (if you get it and have any questions just ask me, it's what i use for linearting)
it's kinda like photoshop but it handles better, like on the lineart layers - each line has points that you can manipulate by using ctrl and shift. coloring is fun, there is airbrushing and paint brushes etc. It's very fun, there are tons of things on youtube about how to use it, but if you run into anything you cant find then ask me. ^.^
