When I played Okami, I thought the Celestials on the ark were so pretty *_* Their stories were so sad, too ._. Anyways, as far as the picture goes, I only dislike the right arm x_o; Looks weird. Other than that, I really love how it came out :3 Such a pretty celestial man.

Here's the tutorial that helped me. After you get the gist of how to do wings, it's mostly up to the artist how to detailed they do feathers, how big they are, and etc. :) But I learned how to do wings by looking at birds, but my wings (like in this pic) aren't always that plain <_< I usually do more detail.
