Photo manipulation, hm? Sounds like fun though I bet you've got to be careful about who's stock you use. o-o;
Indeed. It's lots of fun. Using proper stock is actually pretty easy too; most people who post such things have their terms of use somewhere easily found.
I've thought about making them before. Or at least.. the more complicated ones. I've taken a picture and added rain to it before but that was about it.
Yous should try it sometime~ It's interesting to figure out what processes and whatnot to use to get the desired effect with your photos.
