Tied a lead rope around her foot and then put it over her back and then put a leadrope attached to her halter between her front legs and over her back. Then you pick up her foot and tighten it with the rope and pull back while lowering her head between her legs. They will refuse for a bit, but slowly they will lower themselves. Bella had the ropes on in this picture, I took them out with photoshop. I hope this helps!
