Callaghan “Baby-Face” Carolyn is a nineteen year-old Skitty boy who lives with his older Delcatty sister, Maria. In secret, he is the head of a team that he made on his own called ‘Least-Suspected’, which is made up of individuals who take advantage of their ‘cute’ looks. In Callaghan’s case, he uses his naturally childish and cute looks to get people to do things for him, like give him a back-rub or give him a piggy-back ride because his ‘feetsies are hurt-y’. He doesn’t go out in public and does this, though… Callaghan actually put on a disguise (or according to him, he goes out and cosplays) and seeks to woo all sorts of people… Due to his superiority complex, in which he believes that he is like a Prince, he often makes outrageous demands or just ends up sounding like a total brat. Sometimes, just for fun, he spontaneously throws his arms into the air and shouts, “Nya-ha-ha!”

Team 'Least-Suspected' was formed by Callaghan as a means to benefit from the constant fighting between the adults around him. While all of the adults were busy fighting each other, the children would go and take what they wanted, much akin to bandits. Someday, Callaghan hopes, the petty thefts they make will eventually accumulate to a mass fortunate in which they can live in luxury... And to control all of the islands... Although the intentions are quite evil in nature, the boys in this team are mostly harmless... They are mostly comic-relief or side-villains, at best, but when the time arises, they can really pull something nasty out of the metaphorical hat.
