Just a character i thought up while i was watching "Megaman Starforce"

She’s suppose to be one of those love obsessed people, like Amy in the sonic games or Jackie from “That 70’s Show”. The person she is focused on is my character Rings but she comes on really strong and it kinda freaks him out.
