There's two REALLY thin lines in the drawing, and I'm pretty sure it's hair.

Ohh, no, those are residual sketch lines that didn't quite get erased. I don't draw on paper and scan so there's no way an ACTUAL hair would be on the image. It's all done digitally :P

I really love the crisp style and wonderfully chosen colors! May I ask why one of his arms becomes a wing, and the other stays like a hand/paw? ouo

The transformation is more of a magical kind than a physical/corporeal kind so in between they become sorta ephemeral/smoky. In real time the transformation is so quick that you wouldn't see this, so it was more of an artistic choice than anything. I imagine the tendrils attaching his elbow to the wing will draw in his arm/hand and the fingers will become the spines of his wing.

Is there a reason why he wears the feather around his neck instead of embedding it in his skin like how Dice does to his scale, or attaching it in his hair or even putting it in a bracelet.

Either way the art is beautiful and your characters are really amazing.

The characters and their creators are still unsure how he could permanently attach it the way Dice does. Since a feather is not nearly as solid as a scale, and the quill of the feather could easily split if it were pierced, we're still uncertain how they'd managed to make it a permanent attachment.

Does it have to be a feather? How about a small birdy-claw? lol

Nah, he needs his talons. Feathers, he's got plenty of those :P

So....AWESOME! Nine is by far my favorite of the two (sorry Ski ^^;) He's soooo very sexy. I can not fathom how you have the ability to paint like this. I tried reading/understanding your methods and I was very confused by the painting one.
But hey, that's just me. And great job!

Are you going to be doing an finished works of his dragon form since you've changed it? I saw the above comments, but I'm still confused about what face you chose. Did you go with the under-bite?
