One of the best 3D artists on FurAffinity is
tetsuo. I've been in awe of his technique and his characters for practically my whole time on FA. Most of his work revolves around the goings-on at Tetsuo's Gym, where athletic furs train their skills for boxing. One of the things that I've always found striking about his art is the way the imagery inside the ring is always in sharp focus, while the crowd images seem to always be indistinct and fuzzy. I asked Tetsuo about it, and he was of course gracious enough to explain that the characters in the ring should be the focus of the picture. Which is an excellent practice, to be sure, but... it didn't stop me from being curious about what the furs in the crowd would look like, should the 'camera', so to speak, ever be on them. So this is my little tribute to Tetsuo and all the great art he's created: a shot of the audience at one of the Friday night bouts! There's myself in the center, watching for strategies of the fighers, flanked by several fans; most notably the big. loud types (the rhino) who just wants to see lots of action, and the timid types (the possum) who's always unnerved at how violent the bouts can be - but of course keeps coming back every week.
I hope Tetsuo likes this one. I also hope you will check out his art:
