ENFPs need time alone, too. I kind of equate it to, like.. dancing maybe? How you can get really jazzed up dancing or exercising or whatever, and you get REAL EXCITED AND OMG! but at the end you are waay tired after.
Also, since ENFPs are strongly influenced by others' emotions, it's very good for us to be alone sometimes. ;_; <3
