I figured it was either that, or my other interpretation: his boxers.
I assumed his comment was out of ignorance of that (and it would explain why she looked so eager).
Since it turns out she is referring to actual money, I still find her enjoying this a bit too much. Perhaps she sees this as a pseudo-revenge for all the times he's annoyed her.

I wasn't suggesting a specific event, just a meet-up between the three. Maybe each one is also accompanied by the woman who is most prominent in each one's life (or who show up most with them in pictures). I believe Foxenawolf should be with Tiger (since I like it when they are together), Fyn and his mother, and Leslie with his childhood friend. I'm going by memory, so I apologize for mistakes.
I guess I could suggest a few ideas, though.
1. A photoshoot where the three meet each other. The girls could be talking about their respective acquaintence.
2. A strip club, with the three women cheering them on.
Make sense?
