I don't think I had ever gone through your gallery. I found you back when you were doing the 30 min. challenges. I was amazed and still am at the quality you were still able to have even in just 30 minutes.

And yet, once upon a time. This is where you were.

Could I be making art like you and music like Aviators after all this time if I had just... started. I don't know what keeps on keeping me from trying. Like there's something I'm still missing in order to properly start.

I have a friend who said something very similar to what you said. I will probably not change your view on this, but it's silly to look into the past and whip ourselves saying "I could've done more". There's really no use for it, because that's something that is set in stone, you can't change it. Looking back will take your time and energy away from looking forward. The future you can do something with still.

I also did draw before I started drawing ponies, I was just not really good with cartoony style and digital art (not that I was a big deal with other things, but these were my weak points).

If you want to draw, make music, write, create in general however - then just do it. Head empty, let your creativity lead you.

I must admit I had hopes of "maybe I'm finally about to find the last piece to the puzzle" and your response does not appear to be so, but maybe there is no last piece of the puzzle. After all this time perhaps that just may be. "Just do it." You're certainly not the first to say that, and I've certainly been not doing it for far too long.
