Wow thats a difference between the last suit, this looks more realistic, but I think the ears are just a little too big.

Yep, lots more molded and cast. Ears are big on purpose to try and get a more true to real proportions size suit. RL hyena ears are insanely big!

The pads are amazing! But I also think that the ears (or even the entire head) is a little to big.

Thanks! She did the proportions on purpose like that to get as realistic of RL hyena proportions as she could. Hyena heads and ears are really big compared to the rest of their body! Their upper body is insanely big compared to their back end. If anything she needed a bit of upper chest padding to equal out the top-heavy hyena appearance.
