Pick your favourite brownie mix and decorate to your delight just like these beautiful cupcake brownies from the kitchens of
OTACONXIX
This recipe isn't very flashy or special, it's just all in how you make them.
What You'll Need:
-mixing bowl preferably one with a pouring spout, a wisk, a small spoon, and a muffin pan
-your favorite brownie mix and all it's needed ingredients
-cooking spray or heavy cooking grease
-a can of frosting
-sprinkles
Steps:
-First preheat the oven at 350 degrees. then mix up the brownie batter in the bowl with the wisk really good, I'd say for at least 3 minutes.
-Next, take the muffin pan and spray it down with the cooking spray or grease. Use alot because you don't want them to stick. Then pour an equal amount of batter into each muffin slot.
-Put the pan in the oven, and here comes the tricky part, estimating how long to keep them in for. It varies from pan and oven but general takes between 23 to 28 minutes. But the best thing you can do is check on them every 10 minutes or so. The brownies will rise slightly like a cupcake but not completely. I'd say wait until a soft shell has completely formed around the top of them. Insert toothpick, it should come out wet, but not so wet that it's dripping.
-When done, take out of the oven and let cool completely. When cooled take a butter knife and slide it along the edges and pop them out. You can tell if the brownies were cooked long enough because they'll pop out with little to no problem. If not done right, they'll fall apart.
-Next throw the can of frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds or until liquidy. Take the spoon and drizzle the melted frosting across the top to preferred amount. The frosting will solidify upon sitting. Finally dash with sprinkles and your done.
