This is a really cool character Cho. :D I love the whole concept of her design. Everything about her just screams mermaid, and I love how you made her skin purple and little fins on her forearms. It really gives her character and make her not look like just a half human, half fish. She actually looks like a mystical creature with some great feature! ;D Lol! I even like how simple the background is. Nice and dull. Perhaps she's a lake mermaid? xD
One thing that bugs me are the markings on the tail. I dunno, I like them, but for some reason, the colors of the markings are too bold compared to the rest of her tones. But that's just me. Otherwise I love everything! You did an AMAZING job! :D
