My end of a trade with Punkrot, this fellow is her 'dream bird monster dude' Ardell.

I wanted to try something a little different for this trade, I wanted to keep it sketchy and just color the sketch. The idea was to try something akin to what Punkrot does.
Trouble is that I dunno if I did a good job with it, the sketch itself I think is a bit too light, so I may go back and fiddle with this so it stands out a little better.

I both like and dislike how this turned out. The pose was a bit of trouble, but I do kind of like how it turned out in the end. Still not sure about the colors, I think I may have had better results if I desaturated them a little. Something else I may fiddle with.
