While I was making the other Digimon commissions, I had the perfect orange for Agumon mixed so I decided not to waste it. I think he came out pretty darn cute!

Yeah, unfortunately, the refs vary a lot, this one is on the darker side yeah. If you look at even just the first page of google image search for Agumon you see about 15 different shades XD like Pokemon, these guys have so many different official pieces of art that are all slightly different in color.

Yeah I struggle a lot with color consistency for characters with frequent iterations, but usually I feel like the end results aren't TOO far off from the intended colors :D
