Another adoptable from  Natsuki_Raichu

Little Mimi here is a nine year old orphan currently residing in Fortree City in Hoenn. She was born to a teen couple who didn't want her, but also didn't want to deny her a chance to live. She was given to a local orphanage where she currently resides. She's a cheerful, curious, and spoiled little girl who is often considered the darling of the orphanage as well as a little demon, wrapping all the adult workers around her little finger.
