You definitely should, it is an awesome movie, and Chaplin is at his best. It has both humorous and serious moments, sad and joy, it's something everyone should watch at least once. Gives you a lesson in life,e specially the speech at the end of the movie. If you can't find it at your local movie store, it is easily found online. I think it's even been put on Youtube somewhere.
