how did you do that smudge effect?

How do you mean, where it blends from light to dark on her clothing?

(I don't actually use any smudge tools, just using the basic "pencil" tool on OpenCanvas to shade, hence it's slightly cruder than if I'd airbrushed or smudged it it)

What are those she wears on her footpaws?

Basiclly the same as she wears on her arms (I wanted to try and blur distinction between hands and feet since she can move as a quadruped in a pinch).

"Coolness" for lack of a better description I doubt they have a proper name XD

Theres a wide "bell" of that thick blue/grey cloth around the shin/forearm, which is held up by a black ribbon tie. Then a more elastic black cloth at the end which fits around the toes/fingers, then on the top of the black part is a pad of the thick cloth that sits directly over the hand/foot itself.

It's mostly cloth her outfit, doesn't offer any real protection =p

Well, I guess that's a completely different way of enacting the "Control Weather" spell. Original and very different.

This is gorgeous, the perspective and the color are great.

Wow, her green eye really jumps out from all of the grey. I love that kind of contrast, and of course the perspective is amazing.

Funnily I never intended to draw the eyes and just hide it under the damp hair, but curse me and my attention to detail XD

Had to draw it in anyway because it just looked wrong. I can't do quick and rough if I try >_<
