A commission of sorts for
FaolRuadh who asked me a few questions about the morphing program I'm using. This is the result. Not too shabby!
Made from an image of a white-tailed deer head he sent to me, and a stock human head image I found.
I don't really know what the story is behind this guy, but he's wearing a suit, so... I'll leave it up to your imagination to choose a setting :)

I cut them out in Photoshop. Sounds simple, but that is actually the hardest part, I would say. Starting in Fantamorph 5, layered morphs are supported, so you can morph two or more different images simultaneously. That is how I am able to output smooth flash animations now: I morph the ears, morph the head, then stack them together for saving as a movie.
Before I had to export the morph frames individually and stitch them back together in Photoshop. This forced me to keep the number of frames to a minimum. All of my earlier morphs have only 20 or so frames.
