If you've been watching me for long enough, you've probably noticed that I switch from traditional to digital art a while back. That was because I felt like I had stopped learning stuff and wasn't really "getting" color, and I wanted to see if there was anything I could learn from digital. So, this one is the first colored pencil piece that I really feel shows the kind of improvements I've been looking for, making use of some of the concepts about color that I've picked up along the way. It'll still be a while before I get it exactly right, but it makes me feel optimistic. I'm also amazed at how easy I found being lineless this time around.
