As much as I like coming up with clothing designs for characters, I can't typically say what I do it all that historically accurate. A friend of mine's on a bit of a western kick (watching deadwood) and so we're kind of collaborating on dressing a few of our characters in period-accurate clothing. XDD I doodled the bodies, and she's sketching the correct clothes and hairstyles on top of them. Dunno if it'll go any farther than that, though. It's been a fun exercise. Just ballpoint pen straight over the top of my pencils.
