Yarek Caan and Soleil del Sol playing some card game on Yarek's farm. It'S noteworthy that each of them belongs to a different army, so they are technically enemies, but formed a bond of friendship.
This was some sort of a bonus drawing to make up for a shameful delay in original commissions. Took way too long itself.
The lighting could've been better, but I couldn't go on. Still not too bad.

There are a few stunning aspects I really have to point out! ^__^
First of all, thanks for drawing these characters... who partially belong to ME, as well! And that's why I feel very honoured, too. I'm really flattered and happy you drew these characters and most of all: you've certainly used lots of my artworks for reference. ^^
And look how great you've captured the characters - wow, very well done!!!
About my aspects now:
1) First of all, it's a TRADITIONAL piece of art (hand made) and that always counts a lot! Personally, I love traditional pieces the most... good old pencils, markers and colour pencils.
2) The perspective and contruction of the room is pretty well done. You've created a believable setting - fitting to the story, the universe and it's really DARN HARD to draw a room like this one! The view angle is really well done and I can only salute you.
3) The characters look both very alive and believable. Also, SOLEIL smoking and looking at his cards... that's just a great view. But YAREK'S expression is even better. I think about something like "Well, get it on!" or "Don't you dare cheating!!"
4) The colouring is smooth and clean enough. Also, you've chosen very natural colours - not too bright and fitting to the theme.
Only negative aspect (you may learn from this for the next time):
5) The base shading on the floor should've been darker/stronger. Since it's a closed room, with only the small light source from above I really think the shading cast by the characters and the table should've been darker.
But that's all I have to say. ^____^

Of course I used your references, because it looks like those are all refs those two have. Haven't seen any other.
About the shading. I was aware of that when I posted it. Truth is, at that point it was difficult to make it look better, and I was tired. I wanted to have this done. Perhaps I'll need to improve my technique to be able to work with darker shadows.
