Decided to fix up my old system. Took it all apart, cleaned it, swapped parts around from different NESs, and painted the outside. Took forever because of it being so cold outside and the retouch ups and starting over at one point. Paint ended up being a different color other than advertized, and it was orriginally glossy, but coated it in several layers of satin, then matte protective coating. Bottom half is actually a textured stone (concrete) paint job. Works great and I still have like 20 or so games to play with it and now have 5 different controlers for it XD.
Got it hooked up to an automatic switchboard system along with a Sega Geneis, N64, Xbox 360, GameCube, Wii, and playstations 1, 2, and 3. And also have a Magnavox Oddasy 4000 (though not hooked up on the switchboard).
