I don't even have paint. If I want to digitally edit images, FIRST, I have to go use my friend's scanner, THEN I have to send them in an e-mail to myself, THEN I use GIMP to edit them. Mos of the time I skip the hassle and just draw and color it by hand, THEN scan it. BTW, it could use a background.
