Now that's one of the more unique items I've seen in some time! Fit in all sortsa details with it, too. Mask, collar, big belt, funky puffy shoulders and gloves. I could see that showing up at a fetish convention just due to someone getting determined to get that headdress put together in RL.

Good question. I suspect, in the case of latex tailors, that it's often some sorta purchase/commission that leads 'em into thinking about it and then experimenting with what they can actually achieve.
As to the supplies, good question! Y'know, we should bug the manufacturers on this, just to see what sorta response we get.
