Mesmer is a small, gremlin-like bat who has the ability to hypnotize his victims, allowing him to then feed on their blood (and perhaps flesh) at his own, leisurely pace. Having been bullied when he was young because of his size, he prowls the city, looking for other bullies to get his revenge upon by turning them into his next victim. :)

I love the way this came out, with Kimbo beautifully capturing Mesmer's small size and predatory desires. The hypnotic swirl to his gaze and the pointy teeth filling his mouth, all work beautifully to enhance that persona. I also love the background, with the gargoyle head he's perched upon, perfectly complimenting his own look. <3
