k well, I'm finally going to just leave this alone, though I'm not completely happy with it. I notice something seems off about it, it's not flowing as well as I'd like it to. I'll fix it later :3c
This is the battie I won from a
character auction. I've yet to name him-- was thinking about Trolli, Haribo, Wonka etc. idk.
I THOUGHT I WAS SO ORIGZ WITH THAT ROCK CANDY BUT NO. I sent it to Zodi before I'd finished it and apparently she suggested it to Nine while he was updating the auction pic. QQ rofl.
He's stuffed with gummy worms, grubs, Wonka Sluggles, spiders and a sour heart. A couple of his markings were dropped/changed. I'm sure I'll fiddle with his design more in the future. No wings-- Void Settler ate them!

haha yeah i forgot to mention it, was talking to zodi cause i was totally blanking out at wth to put in his ears etc, the ribbon candy and dots and stuff were totes her :*)
dude you dont even want to know how many pictures of lollirot and kandiecay aether & i have of our chans ripped open like that, i think i even have one on lolli's ref sheet XD FHSkfjadfs god i need to get my shit together i want to draw them all chillin so bad now
it would have been cool to see his ribcage markings still, maybe? like someone said up there re: the shading i like to highlight them in.. not a contrasting color, but like a brighter complimentary one to make them look more "candy" (i did that with yellow in the original of this guy; like how even tho he's orange fo sho i usually shade lolli with pink/purple & highlight with yellow to make it super candy woo)

Also ty very much for the crit, I'm really trying to improve with digital painting and such and I'll definitely try shading/highlighting with compliments next time. And yeah, I'm going to be completely honest about the ribcage markings, I totally got lazy and left them off, but I'd like to keep them on his design in general. I worked on this too long-- redrew, redrew, redrew and ended up getting sick of looking at it.

I want to reach in there and eat all his tasty gummi snax. the shading on his eyes & hair is delicious, eee & his lil face o3o he makes me want to draw my gummi bat hella bad too, it was the first one nine made to auction but I was like lol nope gimmie dat shit. this guy you adopted was done in the same vein as mine I think, gummi bros 4 real.
