I did it!
I've been redesigning my Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt OC, Tie, for the last MONTH. Her personality, her design, everything. I always loved her, but never liked certain things about her design and personality.

However, the art style of PSG is a bitch. I made a decent effort on her last ref, but fuck it I just did my style with this one xD
