aka jil you need a crash course in audio engineering what are those LEVELS.
actually i adjusted them on later recordings but this was honestly the take i liked the best vocally so i tried to fix it here where i could. :x even though i messed up some lyrics haha. also maybe i should have pushed through some of those notes where i flip into head voice - it's really fun to sing it that way but i don't think it works for me as well as it does for her. but it's fun to experiment!
i do plan on recording this again in the future, after my voice is a little more in shape, but i guess this particular song marks a starting point as i start training my voice seriously again, it's been over a year since i've had a singing lesson, yikes...
but overall i am pretty damn happy with this despite those flaws. :}
edit: wow the mp3 of this really sounds like testicles i'm sorry guys. lol any good books on sound mixing out there?
