It was mine too, it hurts no less then accidentally biting your tongue... for me at least.

Have fun talking and eating hard food for the next few weeks, oh not to mention chomping on it in your sleep, which you will do.

You probably shouldnt do that this early in its healing stage, unless you want it to stretch out like a used vagina... My friend did that to his and it moved from the middle of his tongue, to barely a 1/4 inch from the tip...

Just wait until 6 weeks, get out of the habit now. Trust me on this one. When its healed, use and abuse it, just only push back on the piercing... dont pull it forward... And dont clack it against your teeth unless you are using a PTFE barbell and tip, then it wont damage your teeth
