We have a 5 inch wolf spider here at work. He doesn't fuck with us, he just kills what we don't like and he just visits for the condensation off my (for some reason he doesn't do this to the other officers) coke bottle and he's off on his way.

Hehe, jumping spiders are funny. Ya know, the big spiders are often the most harmless ones. Tarantuals for example are really good pets, then they are not very hostile naturally.
As long as you dont poke them with a stick for 10 or 20 mins, they wont attack you. You just need to be careful tho, then they get nervouse over the time wehn you have them on your hand, cuz´its all warm.
They may look ugly, and scary, but they are still facianting creatures.

Heehee.. at first I was glad that there's no spiders that big where I live, but then I remembered we've got an insect here the size of a mouse that looks like a cricket designed by H. R. Giger. Wetas are harmless, but they look scary as hell - think I'd rather pet the tarantula!
