Yes! If you have closer to a 23-inch head.
I do not wear glasses, but I have two styles of sunglasses that I was able to test with and wear as I put on the head and they were normal to wear underneath the head. I did experience fogging (but these sunglasses aren't treated with any anti-fogging agent.)
My boyfriend, who has a very large 25-inch head, and can still wear the head snugly was not able to put the head on with glasses on, and while they fit through the mouth (sort of) to put them on that way, there just wasn't enough room to wear the glasses.
Hopefully that gives you an accurate idea of if glasses will fit!
