An overdue request for my friend, who originally wanted to be drawn as an owl. A bazillion years later (read: 7 months) he requested this instead. Originally he wanted Perry to be standing next to Ferb, but that's two characters which is more than the original offer was for, so I asked if I could have him singing "I just had sex" by The Lonely Island instead, and this was born.
