Ms. Ceceil Felias is a close friend of mine who turned out to have grown p near me as well, making her even more close. Her wonderful character is about as stable as antimatter, which means I probably should've finished this piece way back like two months ago... The original art was done by  matelk who I don't believe I've actually met. The thing that had me lost so long was how to shade white wings... And as you can see, I did very little.
