this help me a lil...i think abt my hobby wich is this one not many ppl have one, i think abt all my friends that love me, and think abt my fa friends...this will sound weird but when i had bf's i still felt lonely...bc i didnt have friends...well now i do and i dont feel so lonely anymore when i think of them...when i feel down i will go on fa and message a friend or call someone or hang out with my friends it helps a lot
