Yeah, I've hit this place twice now. The first time was while still drunk the morning after binging, it was an easy, low key kinda day. This time I was sober and training my protege in the art of the ninja. Didn't intend to crank the test to hard mode but at least he passed.
I'm pretty sure it was the property owner. I've heard many a story of explorers after myself and my protege getting arrested/held-up by the owner who would very quickly bring in the police. My aforementioned student wants to go back, but that place is not worth the immense risk to me. Not enough reward in it. At least I got to enjoy 2 sunrises here, though.
