Just noticed today that coloring lines in Linework layers in SAI is easy. Completely answers my question for doing other things in the future.

I am completely in love with this, but I'm going to leave my full comment when I feel better. For now, anyone who wants to try and color this, has my full permission. Just reference here:

Happy? That would be like describing a cruise ship as "big". The reason I had so much trouble describing what I wanted, is because the whole idea has a very deep, very personal meaning to me. One of the people watching you draw this in Live-stream referred to it as "Inner Mouse Revealed" and that's pretty much on the nose. I've been frustrated for most of my life, because I'm funny, really creative, thoughtful and caring, but most of the people around me, decided to ignore or completely dismiss me, based on first impressions alone. All they saw was a skinny, bookworm who was a little on the slow side.
It's no wonder I fell completely in love with the Japanese "Magical Girl" concept: Here was Superman's glasses trick, taken to a whole new level. Here, you didn't need to be an alien from Krypton, most Magical Girls are completely ordinary people, and yet, when they transformed, they were beautiful, strong and powerful. From then on, I was always fantasizing about being able to transform my body, too. If I could transform like a Magical Girl, my body would be as beautiful as the person inside me, and everyone would see it, the moment they saw me.
Of course, these days, it's taken on a bit different shading.
uniprae's fursona, Goldie Markham, always saw Chis as an adorable, very hot mouse. The first time, I really saw myself, though his eyes, and felt just how deeply he was in love with me, was a moment that transformed me...literally.
Or just maybe, hanging around Roxikat, tends to turn people into hot, yiffy versions of themselves.

Silly kitty, *Hugs* that was for everyone else. No lie, this drawing has a very special place in my heart, as one of about only four or five drawings, that capture the very essence of my fursona. You've helped set the standard, that everyone else, goes by, when it comes to drawing Chris.
